PRODUCTION TIME

Every piece of Polamai jewelry is made to order by our highly talented metal smiths. Nothing we make is mass produced. Quality and attention to detail takes time. Our normal production time is 2 to 3 weeks but please refer to each item's page for confirmation. Some items may be available within shorter timescales.

SHIPPING METHOD

 

We have 10 years experience of shipping our jewelry to customers worldwide. Our shipping service is rock solid. Every package is shipped fully insured against loss or theft.

We ship from our workshop in the heart of Bangkok, Thailand, using FedEx International Priority service. Wherever you are in the world, you can expect 3 to 4 days from the shipping date to delivery date. All packages require a signature on delivery for added security. In the case that no one is available at your given address when FedEx attempt to deliver, you can arrange for delivery at a more convenient time.

​While we do our best to cover as many destinations as possible, some addresses may fall outside standard shipping zones. Unfortunately, we can’t track every location worldwide. If there’s an issue with shipping to your address, we’ll contact you after your order is placed to confirm whether you’re happy to proceed with any additional shipping costs.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order ships, we will send you a FedEx tracking number which you can use to accurately locate your package and check it's expected delivery date and time.
