SHIPPING & DELIVERY
PRODUCTION TIME
Every piece of Polamai jewelry is made to order by our highly talented metal smiths. Nothing we make is mass produced. Quality and attention to detail takes time. Our normal production time is 2 to 3 weeks but please refer to each item's page for confirmation. Some items may be available within shorter timescales.
SHIPPING METHOD
We have 10 years experience of shipping our jewelry to customers worldwide. Our shipping service is rock solid. Every package is shipped fully insured against loss or theft.
We ship from our workshop in the heart of Bangkok, Thailand, using FedEx International Priority service. Wherever you are in the world, you can expect 3 to 4 days from the shipping date to delivery date. All packages require a signature on delivery for added security. In the case that no one is available at your given address when FedEx attempt to deliver, you can arrange for delivery at a more convenient time.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order ships, we will send you a FedEx tracking number which you can use to accurately locate your package and check it's expected delivery date and time.
IMPORT TAX AND DUTIES
Our US customers will not have to pay any import taxes. Outwith the US, import taxes may apply, and the customer is responsible for any duties that may be incurred when importing packages to their designated country.
PACKAGING
Every order is shipped in our luxury Polamai pink and black packaging. This includes our black velvet lined jewelry box, satin ribbon, gift bag, care card and mini-jewelry cloth. Perfect for gift giving.
