RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be delighted with your Polamai jewelry. However, if you are in any way unhappy with your delivered order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are here to help.
If you wish to request a refund, please check which category below that your item falls under. Please note that you must contact us before sending your item back to us, and that returns cannot be accepted after 7 days have passed from the date of delivery of your package.
1. IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY
If you find your item to be in some way faulty, or not made to the specifications given in the item description we will offer you a 100% refund. We ask that you tell us why you have found the item to be faulty and send us a picture of the fault.
2. IF THERE IS NO FAULT WITH YOUR ITEM
If there is no fault with your item, we will deduct a restocking fee of 5% of your item’s sale price from your refund amount. We make every item to order and don’t keep stock. If your order had not been placed, your item would not have been made, so we do have to make a charge for our time and materials in order to keep our prices as competitive as they are!
Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges. In addition, items on SALE (those discounted more than 5%) are not returnable.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of specially made designs which are not the items that you see in our shop.
3. IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE
Please take care to measure your ring size carefully and not that full (gemstones 100% around the band) eternity rings often cannot be resized. If you do order the wrong ring size, we will resize it for you for free but the customer must pay for shipping, including Fedex return shipping (currently $38). Alternatively, any local jeweler should also be able to resize your ring for you. The same goes for necklace and bracelet length.
As all of our items are custom made, exchanges are not always possible, but feel free to contact us to discuss your particular request.
